The firm specializes in the areas of real estate, employment and commercial litigation. The firm's clients include : Developers, homebuyers, home sellers and property owners;Employers and departing employees in trade secret and compensation disputes;Employers faced with wage, hour and misclassification claims;Business owners in partnership / shareholder and commercial / contract disputes;CPA firms alleged to have negligently performed tax, audit or bookkeeping services with an emphasis in defending firms alleged to have failed to identify embezzlement;Tech founders and engineers.THE OPEN POSITIONThe firm is looking for an attorney with top academic credentials and a minimum of five years of California civil litigation experience within the above practice areas. The ideal candidate graduated from a top law school, worked at a reputable litigation firm for a few years and desires less firm politics and greater hands-on experience.
