As a Senior Attorney, you will provide strategic legal counsel on habitability matters, tenancy issues, evictions, and compliance with state and federal laws.

What You’ll Do
- Advise clients on landlord-tenant issues, evictions, and compliance matters.
- Review documents and procedures to ensure compliance with housing laws.
- Draft legal correspondence, motions, pleadings, and notices.
- Represent clients in unlawful detainer trials across Southern California courts.
- Provide legal advice via phone, email, and video consultations.
- Manage pre-trial preparation and litigation strategy.
- Handle 1650 billable hours per year.
What You’ll Bring
- J.D. and active California Bar license.
- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience (real estate or landlord-tenant law preferred).
- Trial experience and familiarity with the rental housing industry.
- Strong litigation, case management, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Proficiency in Lexis/Westlaw and case management systems.
- Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple cases and manage deadlines.
