Food Manufacturing Company is seeking a motivated and reliable Bilingual Warehouse Employee to join our team. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication with a diverse team and ensure smooth warehouse operations. You will be responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your language skills will be critical in enhancing team collaboration and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments, using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damages.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and drivers in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain proper labeling and storage of products in designated areas.
- Assist with inventory control, including stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and OSHA regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and ensure smooth operations.
- Translate instructions, safety protocols, and training materials between English and Spanish, as needed.
