Warehouse Administrative Assistant – Join Our Team!
We are seeking a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support our warehouse operations. This role bridges administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay Rate : $19 per hour
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse logs.
- Prepare and process BOLs (Bills of Lading) and other required documentation.
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Support warehouse staff with administrative duties, including scheduling, data entry, and report generation.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Provide bilingual (English / Spanish) communication support as needed.
