The company is looking for Call Center Agent to make outbound calls to existing patients to set appointments. This a primarily outbound calls to our current patients. NO COLD CALLING! The position is based in our Dallas location.

Requirements :
- Proactively contact existing patients, leads and referrals to discuss services and promotions.
- Exhibits strong knowledge of company’s services and products
- Ability to build trust and gain the confidence of existing and potential patients
- Consistently demonstrates proactive activity with patients and leads to uncover new business and take ownership of opportunities
- Meets or exceeds periodic quotas
- Experience with prospect development and lead generation skills.
- Able to respond to services-oriented questions and / or route calls accordingly
- Able to back up call-center as necessary
- Other duties as requested.
