Responsibilities:
- Lead Project Strategy: Oversee roofing project offerings, ensuring top-tier quality and market competitiveness.
- Conduct In-Home Sales Consultations: Assess customers' roofing needs and present tailored solutions.
- Educate & Build Relationships: Provide detailed product knowledge, generate leads, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales & Operations: Work closely with internal teams to align product sales with company goals.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor market conditions, competitor offerings, and emerging roofing technologies.
Do You Qualify?
- Experience in roofing sales, project management, or in-home consultations preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving results.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with roofing industry products and services is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
