AVE is seeking a senior-level Brand Sales Manager for our brand-new luxury community in the White Plains area.
What is a Brand Sales Manager at AVE?
Brand Sales Managers at AVE are passionate about selling the AVE lifestyle and are experts when it comes to building brand awareness within their market. They are self-driven and autonomous sales professionals who own their geographic territory and proactively seek out and educating key influencers in their area on AVE's best-in-class residential communities and unique flexible-stay solutions. They enjoy taking a creative approach to building strategic relationships and coming up with new ideas to grow a strong network and drive results for their communities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key influencers in the local market including but not limited to: country clubs, hotels, retail, fine dining, realtors, chambers, business associations, etc. with the goal of creating brand awareness for AVE's flexible-stay furnished apartment offering and luxury long-term apartments
- Independently generate new business opportunities by cold calling, blitzing, research, outreach and networking
- Creatively hunt for outreach and partnership opportunities by conducting in-depth online research on company websites and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create a referral program and/or partnership program that extends beyond the property into the neighborhood, that provides residents with perks, discounts, freebies, etc. while increasing brand awareness in your market
- Collaborate with the Leasing Managers on further developing our resident events with neighborhood partners
- Partner with Business Development Managers as an extension of the furnished sales team creating leads and referrals
- Be accountable to the goals given to you on quarterly basis based on our business plan
- Represent AVE at networking opportunities, both on property and off-site, to create brand awareness and business opportunities including chamber and industry events. Must be flexible to attend these networking functions, as they may take place before or after scheduled work hours.
- Use our contact management system to keep track of leads, sales opportunities, and sales activities
- Own your geographic territories, know what is happening in your market by driving and walking your areas
- Participate in team sales meetings and marketing programs
- Understand the resident profiles and explore marketing/advertising opportunities in your local markets to generate leads, working closely with the brand marketing team to execute
Must be able to work a Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility to attend events outside of business hours, including evenings and weekends. Must have reliable source of transportation for required daily networking and outreach responsibilities.
Compensation
- $80,000-$100,000/year
Individual compensation decisions will vary as the annual base compensation range provided is approximate and determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, education, and geographic location. AVE also offers additional bonus potential paid out on a monthly and/or quarterly basis (dependent upon the position), which is not included in the base compensation range listed above.
