A well-established law firm is looking for a litigation associate to join its growing Columbia, SC team. Only 1-2 years of experienced required to gets started with a growing firm!
Responsibilities :
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop winning litigation strategies.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, with a proven track record of courtroom success.
- Maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and the firm's legal team.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and case law in South Carolina.
- Manage deadlines and adhere to strict ethical guidelines.
