Team Member Candidate

This position is designed for those that have a minimum of 2 years of retail experience. You must want to learn and grow your leadership abilities, while applying the skills and knowledge that you already have. Be goal-driven, open to feedback, with great communication skills and ready to be a key part of a team that is passionate, caring, and kind.

Keyholder Responsibilities

· Assisting direct manager in daily task

· Coaching team members

· Revenue goals, achieving and tracking

· Team Retention

· Providing outstanding Customer Service to clients/guest

· Opening/Closing duties of location

· Proper payment handling

· Able to provide product knowledge

· Inventory procedures done weekly

· Maintaining cleaning standards

Job Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years experience

· Ability to work Monday-Friday as early as 8:30am and as late as 9 pm

· Available to work both locations when coverage is needed

· Excellent communication/organizational skills

· Computer Skills a must

· Goal driven w/ results

· Ability to lift 35 pounds

Compensation

$17.75/hr.
