What You’ll Do: The Student Salon & Spa Manager must exhibit certain characteristics and perform specific duties during their daily and weekly work week. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Salon
- Provide ongoing recognition, support, and motivation for team members
- Engage with clients and provide exceptional experiences
- Serve as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and positivity, while adhering to company policy and procedures
- Help maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivation
- Interview, hire, and train the team in procedure, policy, and expectations
- Resolve customer complaints and challenges and provide solutions for team disputes
- Assist in initiatives revolving around developing coaching materials to driving sales

What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Minimum of 5 years continuous retail or customer service experience in a salon or spa required; experience in supervising and training staff highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
