Student Salon Spa Manager
Student Salon Spa Manager - The purpose of this position is to improve the Institute’s student and guest experiences by managing the day-to-day operations of the Guest Care area with a primary focus on identifying business opportunities and ensuring guest care is above expectations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Minimum of 5 years continuous retail or customer service experience in a salon or spa required; experience in supervising and training staff highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing recognition, support, and motivation for Guest Care team members and students
- Serve as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and positivity while adhering to company policy and procedures
- Help maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivation
- Manage day-to-day operations of the school
- Interview, hire and train guest care team in procedure, policy, and school flow
- Schedule team to ensure adequate coverage for the school's needs
- Resolve customer complaints and challenges and provide solutions for team disputes
- Assist in guest care initiatives around developing coaching materials to drive sales
- Other duties as assigned

- Rate based on experience
