Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Leasing Coordinator to oversee leasing operations for a portfolio of multifamily residential properties across the Cincinnati, OH area. This role will focus on optimizing occupancy rates, coordinating leasing activities, and supporting property managers and leasing agents to enhance tenant satisfaction and meet company goals. The Regional Leasing Coordinator will play a key role in implementing leasing strategies, managing renewals, and ensuring compliance with company policies across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing Strategy & Performance

    • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income across all properties in the portfolio.
    • Monitor leasing activity and market trends to optimize rent prices, concessions, and marketing efforts.
    • Regularly analyze and report occupancy rates, leasing metrics, and other KPIs to management.
    • Build and maintain connections within the local rental assistance programs 
  • Team Coordination & Support

    • Provide ongoing training and support to leasing staff at each property to ensure consistent adherence to company leasing practices and protocols.
    • Assist property managers and leasing agents with complex leasing issues and high-priority vacancies.
    • Conduct regular visits to properties to assess leasing operations, provide feedback, and support the team in meeting leasing goals.
  • Marketing & Outreach

    • Coordinate marketing initiatives across properties, including online advertising, social media presence, and local outreach to generate leads.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update property-specific leasing materials and promotional campaigns.
    • Organize and support community engagement events and resident appreciation initiatives to boost tenant retention.
  • Tenant Relations & Retention

    • Manage the lease renewal process, working closely with property managers to achieve high renewal rates and maintain tenant satisfaction.
    • Respond to tenant inquiries, resolve complaints, and support a positive living experience across all properties.
    • Facilitate move-in and move-out processes to ensure smooth transitions and maximize occupancy continuity.
  • Reporting & Compliance

    • Prepare and maintain accurate leasing records and reports, including tracking leases, renewals, and vacancy rates.
    • Ensure all leasing activities comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits of leasing practices to ensure consistency and compliance across properties.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in leasing, property management, or real estate, preferably with experience in multifamily properties.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of leasing and property management principles, with a proven track record in achieving occupancy and leasing goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with tenants, team members, and external partners.
    • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Rent Manager, or similar), along with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Travel: Ability to travel regionally as needed for property visits and team coordination.

Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
