What You Will Do
This dual role combines the responsibilities of an Operations Manager with hands-on caregiving duties as a CNA/Med Tech. You'll work closely with the Administrator to oversee daily operations and compliance while providing high-quality, direct care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operations Management
o Ensure compliance with NC Family Care Home regulations and Avendelle policies
o Conduct quality assurance audits and implement improvements in coordination with the Clinical Director and Administrator
o Train and supervise staff
o Provide support to staff, residents, and their families
o Manage schedules, inventory
· CNA/Med Tech Responsibilities
o Provide personal care and assist residents with ADLs
o Administer medications in line with physician orders and facility policies
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active CNA and Med Tech certifications in NC.
- Experience: At least 4 years in senior care or assisted living, with leadership or compliance experience required.
- Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in healthcare software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
