This is a full-time on-site role located in Orlando, FL for a Customer Service Coordinator. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience. Daily tasks include providing customer support, handling inquiries, managing customer communications, and delivering superior customer service.

- Proven experience in Customer Support and enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Previous experience in aviation or training services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
