Position : Insurance Call Center Representative
Location : Naperville, IL
Worksite Arrangement : Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in office
Training Schedule : 8am-430pm CT (6-10 weeks, same pay during training period)
Regular Schedule After Training : Must be flexible to work assigned 8hr shift between 7am-7pm CT, M-F only!
Starting Compensation : $20 / hr

Overview :
Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Call Center Representative in the Dental Insurance industry. This person will be responsible for providing service to members, patients, and providers through effective communication as well as troubleshooting and resolving dental claim related inquiries. Responsibilities :
- Respond timely to verbal and written inquiries from members, providers, brokers, or group administrators.
- Accurately process claim adjustments.
- Review and process claims, and troubleshoot when necessary if there are technical errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain and follow up on documents for all adjustment requests, check investigations, overpayment letters and e-forms.
- Complete and maintain daily reports.
