Our client, a prominent player in the industrial sector, is seeking an experienced Market Leader to drive growth and lead teams in New Jersey. Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Salary : $200K managerial base salary
- Commission Structure : Aggressive commission splits that reward high performance and client acquisition success

Key Responsibilities :
Market Expansion & Revenue Growth : Develop and execute strategies to grow top-line revenue, increase market share, and maximize profitability across the assigned regions.Team Building & Development : Hire, mentor, and lead a team of top-tier brokers and support staff.Mentorship & Training : Provide training and career development for junior brokers, fostering an environment of learning and growth.Client Acquisition & Retention : Lead client acquisition efforts, pitch new business, and cultivate lasting relationships to drive sustainable revenue.Financial Oversight : Assist in budget creation, manage expenses, and provide comprehensive financial reporting to corporate and board leadership.Operational Leadership : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, high-standard service delivery and operational efficiency.Requirements :
Broker’s License : Active real estate broker’s license in the applicable state(s), or willingness to obtain one within an agreed-upon timeframe.Experience : Significant experience in market expansion, team management, and industrial real estate transactions.Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential, as is the capacity to convey complex information clearly to clients and stakeholders.Travel Requirements : Must be open to regular travel across DC and Virginia to support team operations and client relationships.Flexibility : Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to meet business demands and client needs.Additional Qualifications :
