Ready to make a difference while enjoying what you do? We are seeking a Laundry Assistant / Housekeeper to join our amazing Chandler team. Our Laundry Assistant / Housekeeper plays an important role in the lives of the seniors we serve and are a key member of our team. By maintaining a clean and comfortable environment to our seniors, you have the joy knowing you are contributing to their quality of life and building priceless relationships. How rewarding is it to feel inspired, valued, and appreciated all while having fun and knowing you make a tangible and emotional impact from your work.
We currently have a full-time position available.
Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)
- Perform a variety of general laundry and housekeeping tasks and duties.
- Follows all standard washing procedures.
- Pick up laundry from each neighborhood throughout the shift.
- Wash contaminated laundry separately.
- Distribute clean laundry to appropriate neighborhood and/or resident.
- Ensure items are marked correctly (neighborhood and/or resident).
- Ensure equipment is clean (no dirt, soil, lint, etc.).
- Report any mechanical issues to the Maintenance Director.
- Clean bathrooms and kitchen areas.
- Vacuum carpets and sweep as needed.
- Perform 30–60-day cleaning (where applicable).
- Clean common areas as needed.
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms as scheduled.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education Required (Preferred):
