The Role :
The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong data analytic skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Please note this role requires working onsite at our headquarters in Brea, California.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the paid performance team, including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and other paid channels.
- Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
- Develop and execute effective email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Utilize strong data analytic skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to digital marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our digital marketing efforts ahead of the curve.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Mentor and develop the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
