We are hiring for a Maintenance Director to join our team at Aventura at Bay Place!
We are a Skilled Nursing Facility that has been serving the area for over 40 years.

Requirements include:
Experience in an Assisted Living Facility environment and Life Safety is Required
Must have (2-3) years of experience as a Physical Plant Manager or Maintenance Director
HVAC Certification preferred! Current experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Life Safety for a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Maintenance projects and General repairs
Routine preventative maintenance
Contractor scheduling and price negotiations
Familiarity with maintenance contracts and permitting
Experience with Physical Plant, Bio Hazard, Elevator permits
Knowledge of generators and chiller units, reversable hot pumps and water coiled A/C Units and Cooling towers
Availability to be On- Call- nights, weekends and holidays
"Go-Getter" attitude is a plus!
Serve as the Safety Manager
Adhere to Hurricane evacuation preparedness guidelines
- Some weekends required based on demand.
- Ability to be on site extended hours for inclement weather
