Freedom Square of Seminole is looking for a Sales Counselor for Upscale Assisted Living Facility to join our team! Come experience the Freedom Square of Seminole difference! The work schedule is Monday through Friday Full Time with potential for weekend on call coverage as needed.

Our community is look for a dynamic Sales Counselor for our Upscale Assisted Living and Memory Care Community to maintain a stabilized occupancy. The Sales Counselor is responsible for outside sales and lead generation while representing the Community to referral sources and prospective residents. The position is also responsible for referral events and internal prospect and adult children even planning and execution.
Duties:
- Meets and exceeds personal sales expectations
- Effectively responds to new inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed,, and that timely follow-through is maintained in accordance with designated time frames.
- Utilizes Sales Force effectively by promptly inputting data and uses the system to manage assigned lead base.
- Understands and articulately represents the Community for outside sales and referral management.
- Executes and manages referral source and internal prospect events.
Qualifications:
- Outside Sales Knowledge and experience
- Book of referral sources business required.
