Front Office Position - Membership Service
Location : Aventura Sailing Association Dana Point, CA
Job Summary : We are seeking to add a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to our team as a Front Office Associate in our Membership Service department. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
Responsibilities :
Answering phones promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
Taking and managing reservations for chartered boats, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
Handling customer service inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Assisting members with their needs, providing information about our services, and promoting membership benefits.
Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions using Excel and QuickBooks.
Supporting the administrative needs of the office and performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a customer service or front office role is preferred.
Enthusiasm for sailing or boating is a plus, but not required.
