Human Resources Generalist
$25.00/hour
Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable Human Resource Generalist to help drive HR initiatives and support our growing team. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Lead the onboarding process to create a welcoming and well-prepared experience for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, updates, and resolving inquiries.
- Offer guidance and support on employee relations, addressing issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local HR and payroll regulations.
- Support other HR and administrative functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration and HR functions.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $25.00/hour
- Paid every Friday
