IT System Support
Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P (occasional overtime for system upgrades/maintenance)

This position will be part of a team responsible for day-to-day management and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure providing help desk support, managing new hire workstation sets, assisting with software administration and contributing to IT projects ensuring efficient operations and security. Candidates must have experience working with Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to employees and customers.
- Administer Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Office apps.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues ensuring timely resolutions.
- Manage new hire workstation setups including Windows installation and phone configurations.
- Serve as the primary contact for IT support tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues.
- Maintain IT inventory including asset tracking, replacement planning, and lifecycle management.
- Assist with NetSuite and other business application administration.
- Test and validate system updates before deployment.
- Document business processes, system specifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support IT infrastructure including on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring system availability.
- Assist in security management including access controls and alarm response.
- Provide after-hours and on-call emergency support as needed.
- Coordinate office space planning including IT setup for new workstations.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of IT support or system administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, and ticketing systems.
- Must have experience working with Microsoft 365.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting business needs.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
