Job Summary :
Provide technical support assistance to taxpayers via phone call and email interaction.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls, and emails.
- Provide technical support involving critical thinking and problem solving.
- Work closely with peers, and development personnel to communicate solutions to customers.
Education and Experience :
At least 1 year customer service / technical support experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Work Environment :
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual work station, using telephone and computer.
