Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering quality service.



Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.


• Resolve customer issues promptly by providing accurate information and solutions.


• Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.


• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.


• Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and call resolution rates.


• Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns or escalate when necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.


• Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
