Job Summary : A Revenu Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and accurate data entry. This role involves supporting taxpayers through phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to local business licenses and sales and use tax online systems.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, providing clear and concise information to taxpayers.
- Offer online support to taxpayers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively through email, drafting correspondence and responding to inquiries.
- Accurately enter and update data in relevant systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Meet deadlines with minimal supervision, managing time efficiently.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned on a daily or weekly basis.
