Avenue at North Ridgeville is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources / Payroll. The purpose of this position is to provide the facility human resource functions including employee recruitment, retention, benefits administration and personnel policies as well as processing bi-weekly payroll.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain an effective, organized, efficient payroll system to meet the needs of the facility.
- Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports on a timely basis as required.
- Reconcile timecards
- Keep informed in all local, state and federal requirements related to payroll record keeping and human resources
- Maintain accurate, neat, organized employee files in accordance to federal regulations.
- Act as a liaison to the employees and administration.
- Conduct human services in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the corporation in compliance with federal, state, and local governments.
- Enforce facility personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintain facility / group medical and ancillary insurances.
- Maintain accurate OSHA files in accordance to current regulations.
- Organize and conduct general orientation
- Actively recruit for open positions within the facility
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs
- Complete PBJ quarterly
