inTEST Thermal Solutions (iTS) specializes in the design and manufacture of precision thermal test and process cooling solutions. Our products include test chambers, process chillers, cold plates, semiconductor test tools, and our unique temperature forcing systems, all backed by the most comprehensive thermal expertise in the industry. We engineer temperature solutions from -185 to 500°C and anywhere in between with both cryogenics and traditional refrigeration technologies.
Reporting to the Global Director of Human Resources, the HR Payroll & Benefits Administrator is responsible for the timely processing of bi-weekly multi-state payroll and the administration of employee benefits programs. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws, maintains meticulous records, and provides excellent support to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Must work onsite for @ 3 months for training, then may transition to hybrid role, 1 or 2 days per week as business allows.
Payroll Administration :
- Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for domestic employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, including timecards, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions.
- Administer payroll processes related to restricted stock units (RSUs) , employee stock option exercises , ensuring proper tax withholding and accurate reporting of vesting and settlement events.
- Process employee 401(k) contributions, employer matching, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations. Collaborate with plan administrators for testing, reporting, and ensuring compliance with ERISA requirements.
- Process Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) deductions and coordinate with benefits administrators to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a liaison between employees, finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll -related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
