Comprehensive Care is a very fast-paced non-medical home care agency. We are based in Chattanooga, TN and have a location in Nashville, TN.
We are looking for an experienced energetic Talent Acquisition Recruiter; with Home Care Agency / Facility recruiting experience preferred but not required.
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for the day-to-day recruiting for both Chattanooga, TN & Nashville, TN locations.
Responsible for interviewing (In Person, Virtual and Phone Screening), placing / updating ads, sourcing candidates, hosting hiring events, making job offers, coordinating with schedulers & sales team on staffing needs, build strong relationships with caregivers, must be comfortable with computers and able to quickly log and document daily information / activity. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of hiring / on boarding process under the direction of the Director of Human Resources. This includes gathering all new hire documents / credentials, verifying previous employment / personal references, conduct in person orientations & scheduling personal care assistant training classes.
Must have a positive, compassionate, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. We are looking for a “People Person" this position requires ALOT of communication with applicants, employees, and internal staff.
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter must be a team player and willing to do what is needed to get the job done. This may require longer hours & weekends to ensure all shifts are filled and ensure 100% client satisfaction is met.
