Now Hiring an Administrator for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility, opening in Norfolk, VA.
What You'll Do
Provide complete executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting etc.Address all staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc. - to maintain smooth HR functionDrive admissions and retention through impeccable census managementOversee all aspects of admissions and discharge processConduct weekly reviews of all departments and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure maximum communication, efficiency and accountabilityOversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departmentsMaintain professional relationships with all external business contactsEnsure compliance with all federal and state accreditation requirementsWhat We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferredMinimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong time-management and multitasking skillsAbility to problem solve and think criticallyHonest, dignified and respectable character which models recovery principlesWhy Join US?Avenues features a rich, fulfilling workplace culture where every person is valued and greatness is pursued.
