Now Hiring a Clinical Development Coordinator to join our corporate NJ team!
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Development
- Collaborate with Director of clinical development to ensure clinical trainings and company resources are effective and supporting clinical teams in delivery of top quality individual and group therapy
- Integrate evidenced based practice modalities and trainings resources into current clinical assessments, clinical curriculum, and other clinical services
- Research effective treatment intervention and best practices for substance use disorders and coo curing mental health conditions
Clinical Training and Client Engagement
- Facilitate groups, interventions, and care consults to model effective clinical strategies and harness therapeutic opportunities
- Conduct independent and co facilitated clinical trainings
- Evaluate proficiency and needs of clinicians and clinical programs by observing on sight across multiple inpatient and outpatient programs to identify areas for quality improvement
- Engage and interview clients and alumni to evaluate quality of treatment experience and contributing factors that are effective in supporting their recovery
Quality Assurance
- Conduct weekly chart audits to drive consistent documentation practices and standards of care across company programs
- Conduct quarterly evaluations to ensure adherence to all company clinical protocols and processes
- Collaborate with extended operations team to maintain a real time understanding of programmatic strengths and weaknesses to inform development and training agenda
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or Certification in addiction counseling, social work, or related fields. (LCADC, LCSW, CADC, LPC etc.)
- Experience: 3-5 years in substance use counseling; corporate experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong counseling, communication, and organizational skills.
- Certifications: Licensed or certified substance use counselor preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Corporate office, with remote work options.
- Travel: Occasional travel to corporate locations or conferences.
- Hours: Full-time
