We are seeking to hire a Kipu Systems Optimization and Implementation Specialist to join our corporate office located in Lakewood, NJ.
Summary
The Kipu Systems Optimization and Implementation Specialist will serve as the go-to expert for managing, configuring, and optimizing our Kipu EHR system. This role will ensure seamless system implementation, troubleshoot technical issues, and refine workflows to maximize efficiency and compliance across our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kipu, a strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows, and the ability to train staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Kipu EHR system across the organization.
- Identify system inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and execute system training programs for staff to ensure proper usage and adoption.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
- Create and maintain customized templates, reports, and dashboards within Kipu.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards through system configurations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Kipu-related questions, updates, and system enhancements.
- Work with third-party integrations to ensure seamless data flow and system compatibility.
- Document processes, workflows, and system changes for internal reference and training purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Kipu EHR system implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working directly with Kipu in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, billing processes, and compliance requirements.
- Experience developing and delivering user training programs for EHR systems.
- Proficiency in workflow analysis, problem-solving, and system configuration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Certification or formal training in Kipu (preferred but not required).
- Experience with data migrations and third-party integrations within Kipu.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission).
- Project management experience.
