What You'll Do

Ensure quality of care standards are being maintained, documented, and communicated to the utilization management department

Manage coordination between treatment team, facility administrative staff, and the utilization review department.

Drive appropriate level of care placement.

Monitor operational and communication process patterns to identify improvements needed

Utilize UR requests and staff interaction to identify gaps in treatment intervention

Engage clients upon admission and for duration of treatment to drive retention and individualized care
What We're Looking For
-
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
-
1 year experience in treatment industry preferred

Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skill
-
Excellent collaborative, multitasking and time management skills
