What You'll Do

• Ensure quality of care standards are being maintained, documented, and communicated to the utilization management department

• Manage coordination between treatment team, facility administrative staff, and the utilization review department.

• Drive appropriate level of care placement.

• Monitor operational and communication process patterns to identify improvements needed

• Utilize UR requests and staff interaction to identify gaps in treatment intervention

• Engage clients upon admission and for duration of treatment to drive retention and individualized care

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred

• Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skill

• Excellent collaborative, multitasking and time management skills

Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick is a 93-bed residential facility which offers drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
