Avenues Supported Living Services is a non-profit agency, where we Coach, Teach, and Instruct adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to live a life of their choosing in their homes, in the community and at their paid and volunteer job sites.
Responsibilities of an Instructional Coach
- Direct Support for individuals with DD/I
- Job Coaching
- Teach/Coach and Instruct in Daily Living Skills in the community/home
- Transport the individuals you support in the community
Requirements
- Live Scan Clearance
- Clean Driving Record
- High School Diploma
- Ability to write or dictate progress notes daily

Pay: $17.50 - $24.50 per hour

Salary scale starts at $17.50/ hour and is raised $0.25 for every full-time year of college and $0.25 for every full time equivalent year of direct support of individuals with I/DD. For example, a person with a bachelor's degree and 2 years equivalent direct support experience with individuals with I/DD will make $19.00/hour.)
