Job Description for RN Clinic Manager

The Avera Cancer Institute-Mitchell is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the clinic's financial management, including budgeting and expense control.
• Coordinate with leadership to prepare and implement budgets and business plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
• Maintain open communication with providers and staff.

Requirements:

• Active license in the state of practice upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience and/or training.
