Job Description
This role involves coordinating comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The successful candidate will act as a patient/family advocate, intervening when necessary to ensure that patient care is not compromised. Responsibilities include monitoring follow-up, administering conscious sedation, and preparing patients for telemedicine consults.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the individual must have an active license in the state of practice, a minimum of 6 months critical care experience, and strong collaboration skills. Visual acuity and effective communication are also essential requirements.
