- Associate's Transcript showing Medical Laboratory Scientist degree or Bachelor's Transcript showing Medical Technology degree
- MLS - American Medical Technologists (AMT) within 1 Year or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) - American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) within 1 Year
