Job Summary
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for the daily coordination and delivery of occupational therapy services. This includes developing and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients, evaluating patient progress, and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

You will be a licensed Occupational Therapist with 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience. You must be able to work in a variety of settings, including acute care, TCU/LTC, swing bed, pediatrics, and outpatient adult. Your ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams is essential.
Responsibilities
* Develops and implements individualized treatment programs for patients
* Evaluates patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as needed
* Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
* Provides direct therapy services to patients using various functional settings and strategies
* Prepares documentation as required by the profession and the department
Requirements
* Active license in the state of practice upon hire
* 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience preferred
