Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with their activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Perform routine duties and non-routine tasks as directed by nursing staff, including assisting with feeding, toileting, and transfers.
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.
- Provide emotional, educational, and spiritual support to families and residents.
Requirements:
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification within 120 days of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Less than 1 year of related experience or training.
