The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of systems interoperability, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across diverse environments, including end-user devices, servers, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.

A Brief Overview
Assists in the design, implementation, monitoring, controlling, installation, and operation of the Avera technical systems. Perform application and system administration duties along with assisting management with complex projects and assumes ongoing support of systems throughout the organization.
What you will do
- Utilizes software and hardware tools to identify, diagnose, and correct problems affecting systems performance.
- Interacts with vendors and other Avera sites to coordinate the installation, configuration, and use of multi-site systems.
- Interacts with end-users to obtain clarification of problems and provide resolution for system failures or degradations.
- Assists in the implementation and maintenance of systems supported by IT. Monitor and control the implementations to assure proper operation and adherence to standards.
- Maintains logs and device inventories, as well as appropriate documentation including but not limited to application notes, drawings, and system configuration information.
- Maintain the integrity, security and performance of all servers and systems through proactive monitoring and quick problem resolution.
- Participates in meetings concerning the evaluation and recommendation of systems infrastructure designs and components.
- Maintains quality of service by following organization standards and policies.
- Follow and document strict testing and deployment methodologies for IT Operations. Proactively and effectively communicate changes within the IT infrastructure to all effected parties.

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Associate's
- At least one year elated experience and/or training.
