A Brief Overview
Responsible for overseeing the execution of activities associated to International Recruitment and other Contingent Workforce Solutions programs. This includes coordinating the implementation of assigned programs, ensuring critical tasks are completed according to schedule, serving as a central point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and recommend improvements as necessary.
What you will do
- Coordinates with stakeholders to obtain and manage organizational requirements to meet the governmental, legal, and vendor needs to recruit internationally educated candidates.
- Schedules and coordinates operational leaders and vendors to hold hiring events for internationally educated candidates.
- Captures and maintains reporting for the status of international hire processing and arrivals.
- Partners with Recruiters to assess the base qualifications of organic internationally educated applicants and the locations they are applying to and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition leadership to evaluate current practices to recommend program improvements.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition leadership to implement other Talent Acquisition programs to meet organizational needs.
- Facilitates the completion of contingent workforce compliance.
- Provides secondary support for Contingent Workforce activities as needed.
