Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking directions from supervisor and retaining information received
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting ingredients, cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
- Plating prepared foods based on senior chefs' guidance
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- Ensuring all equipment is kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking equipment at the end of work shifts
- Fully understanding and following all regulations that pertain to health and safety
