Our customer in Mishawaka, IN is looking for an experienced and licensed insurance professional to help grow their benefits division. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, loves to build relationships, and has strong ethics / desire to server their customers.
This person should have experience working with customers, a strong background with employee benefits, be very detail oriented and be driven. They offer a really wonderful culture - you can work in the office or remotely, you just need to be willing to meet with customers or prospects as needed. Someone who doesn't want / need to be micromanaged, has a strong history of gaining and keeping clients, and who truly values helping others will do very well in this role.
