Job Summary:
Aversan Inc., a leading engineering company specializing in Systems Integration, Software Testing, and product development, is seeking a highly skilled Systems Modeling Engineer to lead the systems modeling effort within the avionics domain. The successful candidate will play a critical role in using the Dassault Cameo Enterprise Architect to guide systems engineers with limited modeling experience. The objective is to develop a comprehensive set of SysML (Systems Modeling Language) modeling artifacts and define systems modeling guidelines and custom profiles for future practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the systems modeling initiative for avionics projects using Dassault Cameo Enterprise Architect.
- Mentor and support engineers with limited experience in systems modeling.
- Develop and implement robust systems modeling guidelines and custom profiles.
- Ensure all modeling efforts align with the future requirements of both governmental and commercial customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish best practices for systems modeling methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required).
- Proven experience with systems modeling in the avionics domain.
- Expertise in Dassault Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling.
- Strong mentorship skills with the ability to guide and support less experienced engineers.
- Experience defining and implementing systems modeling guidelines and custom profiles.
