Summary
The role is in our fire services division. It involves working on service coordination in a team environment, our customers are primarily retail and restaurants. This role works with customers, vendors, partners, and AHJs (fire department and building department) to ensure timely service. As a Customer Relationship Specialist (account Manager) you will be essential in fostering strong client relationships and delivering outstanding customer support. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your core skills in communication, data entry, and phone etiquette will enable you to effectively address client inquiries and resolve issues.
Requires a professional disposition and great teamwork. Computer proficiency, excellent verbal and written skills, ability to be organized and stay on track, and a person who enjoys working in a team with a positive attitude. The role is available on-site in our Gurnee office, it is not a remote work position. It also has an opportunity for additional income with our after hours phone, details can be discussed at the interview. Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and written communication
- 2 years in a role with account management duties or project management duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft is preferred (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
