Your Role :
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will foster and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, leveraging your financial expertise to provide tailored solutions. You will contribute to branch success by :
Building long-lasting relationships, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable products and services.
Collaborating with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect clients with experts for specialized services.
Assisting customers in the lobby / drive-up while operating a teller drawer.
Opening accounts, performing maintenance, and guiding customers with digital banking products.
Identifying potential fraud and managing associated risks.
Depending on the shift, you may be responsible for opening and closing the bank.
Participating in community and banking events to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications :
1 years of teller experience (banking experience preferred).
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficient computer skills.

Compensation :
The estimated hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.00 to $28.00, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
