Your Role :
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will forge and maintain meaningful connections with customers, leveraging your financial expertise to offer personalized solutions to meet their unique needs. In this dual-role position, you will contribute to the branch's success by :
Building strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and customizing product and service recommendations.
Partnering with specialists in areas such as Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect customers with the right experts for their requirements.
Handling banking transactions at the teller drawer, assisting customers both in the lobby and drive-up.
Opening and maintaining customer accounts, and helping clients navigate digital banking products.
Identifying potential fraud and managing other associated risks.
Depending on your shift, you may also assist in opening and closing the bank.
Supporting community initiatives and bank events to enhance our local presence.
What We Seek :
1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales.
Previous banking experience is a plus.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Intermediate computer skills for efficient operation.

Compensation :
The estimated hourly rate for this role ranges from $21.00 to $28.00, in addition to eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual pay may vary based on candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
