Part-Time QA Tester & Documentation Specialist (Salesforce experience required)
Overview
Softtek Government Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented part-time Junior QA Tester & Documentation Specialist with Salesforce experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently test software applications while also creating clear and concise technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies, Salesforce functionality, and technical writing best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Quality Assurance (QA) Testing
- Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans to ensure software quality.
- Identify, log, and track defects using QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, business architect, and stakeholders to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Ensure compliance with business and system requirements through detailed testing.
