Customer - Our customer is an industry leading Fintech offering a SAAS based Analytics platform in the CLO –(Collateralized loan obligation) domain.
A successful candidate for this role should be able to familiarize themselves with CLO Analytics platform and provide clients and prospects with the information needed to successfully utilize CLO Analytics platform. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling them to explain to clients how features in the platform are used and how different metrics are derived. The candidate should be detail-oriented, can multi-task, and should quickly grasp new financial concepts presented to them. Proficiency with Excel is a must. The individual in this role could potentially build out dynamic Excel sheets using Excel plugin. The individual in this role could potentially build custom metrics for clients using Python.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high quality support for clients and prospects.
• Guide users through ways to better leverage offerings.
• Create and update video guides and written guides on how to use software platforms.
• Deep dive into financial metrics and how can help display the data better.
• Create Excel sheets based on client requests using the plugin to pull in data and run calculations.
• Help clients with uploading various data into platforms. • Create custom metrics for clients using Python.
• Support clients via Web, Excel, and API.
