SUMMARY
Our company is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for New Logo Business to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth for our new logo business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing integrated marketing campaigns and managing cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives. This role requires strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
If within commutable distance to one of our offices, this role would require a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days working remotely)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and define the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and build out key personas to guide marketing efforts.
- Build out the buying committee for all opportunities and coordinate with the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to get them into nurture tracks (both manual and automated).
- Plan and execute high-performing marketing programs that align with sales team priorities and focus on driving pipeline and revenues.
- Continuously invent fully integrated campaigns that drive campaign results and orchestrate multiple channel marketing programs leveraging digital, virtual, and in-person events that align to sale targets.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing and sales teams, helping to harness marketing resources to align with sales goals and bring in new revenue.
- Capture insight from the field to inform better target marketing efforts and collateral creation to build pipeline in line with our ICP.
- Explore ways to harness collateral using orchestration, such as closed/loss deals, disqualified leads, leads on nurture track, and content bingers.
- Evaluate 3rd party/partner demand generation opportunities specifically around new logo business and build relationships with new and existing vendors/associations to drive market penetration.
- Set goals and define metrics for each marketing campaign including targeted lead flow to maximize pipeline generation and sales velocity. Monitor campaign metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations, analyze, and report on results, making recommendations for future optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a field marketing role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
